Arepas Fritas

Ingredients

• 1 arepa dough
• 1 cup ground pork rind
• 1 cup grated muenster cheese

Directions

1. Knead dough with cheese or chicharrones.
2. Shape into a discs and deep-fry in hot oil.
3. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
