Papaya Fruit Drink. Makes not quite 2 quarts. serves 20 people
- 2 cups cut up papaya (peeled and seeded)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup lime or lemon juice
- 1½ cups papaya nectar (or peach or apricot nectar)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 cups sparkling water,
- Blend thoroughly in blender.
- Pour in a pitcher and add 2 cups sparkling water,
- Serve over ice and enjoy
